So inspiring. I didn’t realize it until I read your article but when I made my “resolutions” this year, but I somehow picked both a word and a verse…..and they both correlate. My resolutions are ” mindfulness” and I want to do as Deuteronomy 6:6-7 says “These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”
