I really appreciated your take on this. We moved during the pandemic and it felt so strange to try to make new connections when we haven’t been as “freely able” to go places and meet new people. I pray that soon we can all get back to something more “normal!”

Your comment that “COVID left nobody untouched is so true”. Its not just the virus but finances, lost of loved ones, fear of uncertainty, fear of crime, division in our country and churches. The list goes on and on. We as the remnant have so much work to do, while navigating our own struggles. Love that you provided resources too. Great post!

These are fantastic takeaways. A few years ago, our family walked through some serious loss and grief, and I think the thing I missed was being kind to myself.
